Install, start and enter serial (included in txt file).
I had some problems at first, i downloaded the game from the site and used the key, but it didn't seem to work.
Then i found this setup on rapidshare. Uninstalled the one from the official site, then installed the "rapid" one and it was registered!
So im guessing they found out about the shared serial and changed the setup on the official site, so you really need to use this setup, if you allready have it installed, remove it first!

Ps: You should really check their Desktop shell program, it uses way less resources than the original explorer does, plus it looks totally awesome!
